Hi, again.
I am not sure if I understood your post correctly.
Did you mean you have " bumps" on your nipples or burning sensations?
Many women get bumps on their nipples, they are usually due to blocked oil glands that occasionally can get plugged up with dead skin cells and skin oils (just like pores on your face or any other part of your body). If left alone they'll probably go away on their own.But if they are squeezed, the bumps could get hot, hard, swollen and painful. The best thing to do now, is to see your doctor or a dermatologist to make sure you don't have an infection .
Take care...

Hi,
There can be several possibilities that could cause nipple pain.It could be just skin irritation caused by clothing, allergies, hormonal changes, particularly if you are going through menopause.
Breast pain is not a common symptom of breast cancer, especially when the discomfort is bilateral.
I don't think that your symptoms are alarming, but I would advise you to see your doctor or preferably a Breast Specialist for a breast exam due to the fact that you had breast cancer in the past and you should be extra vigilant about anything new that you notice in your breasts.
All the best ...
