Breat Biposy

I am 17 years old and i recently had a lump removed from my right breast...it has was there for about 2 and a half years. The lump was mobile and it was solid...before having the surgery i had an ultrasound and was told that the lump was benign. Ok so after havin the surgery  about my surgeon told my mother that he had also found 3 other small lumps in my right breast and removed them as well. The surgery was about a week and a half ago and I checked my right breast a few days ago and came upon what seems to be another lump in that same breast where i had the other lump removed from. My question is could I have breast cancer and what is wrong with me? Please keep in mind that I do not know for sure if it is in fact a lump...but it does feel like one. Please can some one help me..I am extremely nervous right now. Thanks in advance!

No, I do not think you have breast cancer .... I'm sure you will receive a Pathology report on the lumps that were removed. You don't state when your surgery was preformed but what you are feeling now may be scar tissue. It could also be another lump (Fibroadenoma). You should ck. with your Surgeon regarding the Path report and I'm sure you are scheduled for a follow-up visit. Either cysts or Fibroadenomas (both of which are benign) can recur at any time and are usually biopsied and then just left alone unless they are causing pain or discomfort.    Regards ....
