Breat dimple is it always bad ?

I went to the dr for a routine physical and she said that I have a dimple in my right breast . I am awaiting a appt with a breast health dr on June 1. I have been reading on the net about breast dimples and I have found nothing but bad stuff . I am 31 and a mom of 4 I am over weight,I started my cycle when I was 9 and for the last 8 yrs my cycle has been very mixed up . My dr says that I have polycystic ovaries . So I was reading the risk factors and I have a quite a few of them .. My family has alot of cancer in it but never breast cancer . We have had just about every other kind of cancer you can imagine!
So I guess my question is am I doomed to have breast cancer because on the dimple ? It is only really noticable when I am laying on my back and on my side. It sinks in just above my nipple and it goes in quite a bit. I have also had a very itchy nipple. Any help would be appreciated..

Dear poohlve76:  A dimple on the breast does not always mean breast cancer but  if it is a new finding, it should be investigated as the formation of a tumor can sometimes pull the skin into the breast causing the dimple.   Dimpling can certainly occur from benign causes, but without evaluation, we cannot speculate on what this might be.  You are doing the right thing by having it evaluated by a breast specialist.
