Brest cancer-PETSCAN

My wife had a pet scan on aug 4th .the report says as given below.
PET findings
PROTOCOL.  With the patient fasting for 6hrs,10mciof FDG was injected intravenously and whole body 3D PET CT scan was performed.

Physiological concentration is seen in the heart, gut, brain, kidneys, and blader.

Increased FDG concentration is seen in the following region. (SUV as per body wt.)

Left breast lump; SUV 3.9
Left axillary lymph node;  SUV  2.3

Impression PETCT
* Status post hysterectomy for carcinoma endometrium. No recurrent pelvic mass.

* 14 by 9 mm enhancing nodule in the super-lateral quadrant of the left breat with solitary metabolically active left axillary lymph node, of concern for brest malignancy. Recommend mammography and histopathology correlation.

My question is

Are the lump and lymph node malignant?

If so, can this be treated by cyberknife?

Dear kayasubbu:  PET scan can increase or decrease suspicion of cancer but is not diagnostic.  Therefore, without biopsy, one would not treat this with anything.  If biopsy positive, surgery would likely be the recommended course of action.
