Dear lollollol:  Skin on the breast is like skin anywhere else on the body and is subject to a variety of abnormalities.  A lumpectomy is a procedure whereby a lump is removed from the breast.  As this is a spot on the skin and not a lump, a lumpectomy would not likely be recommended.  If this spot is concerning to you, you should have your doctor check it out.
