Bruising...its happening again

5 years ago I had a small bruise brownish 3:00 on my left breast. This brownish bruise eventually dimpled alittle.
It turned up to be cancer and was in all four quandrants of the left breast.  They removed it and it was positive for Tamaxifen. I had chemo and also radiation.
About a two years later I had reconstruction and asked them to remove and reconstruct my right breast.  I didn't want the breast
tissue left at all.  They told me about 1% of breast tissue will remain...Very low.  I have been doing fine.
This weekend I looked in the morning and I had two small brownish bruises on my right reconstructed breast close to the underarm but on the
breast.  There are two and since saturday it does not look like its going away.  I also have another small bruise brownish size of a dime on my left breast that had the cancer.

My last bruise dimpled these have not yet...I am very afraid I have young children and thought I had beat this.  I'm want to wait and see if they will go away, maybe some kind of brusing...
Any comment?

Dear Ann2800:  Bruising is a very unusual, atypical presentation for breast cancer.  Dimpling, however, is more likely to be something of concern.  In light of your past experience, you might request a mammogram and examination by your doctor, just so you can monitor this.  Skin can discolor for a variety of reasons.  Another possibility if your regular doctor does not have any ideas is to pursue an opinion with a dermatologist.
