Bug bite on Breast?

I woke up this morning and just happened to find what appears to be a large bug bit on my left breast (on the side next to my arm and a little under the breast.) I've had a cold and went on vacation for a few weeks and never noticed it before although I wasn't really checking. It is about the size of a nickel and wondered how long to wait before it is seen by my ob. Could it be a sign of IBC? I have a history of breast cancer in my family and just got a bit scared. If it is a bug bite, I've never had one there before. Thanks
