Ca27.29 and false positives

I went ahead with the ca27.29 test because I hate to constantly be questioning my doctor.  He has been so thorough that I feel like this is just one more thing he can do to monitor my condition.  However, I admit that I am terrified of the results.  1.Since Paxil oftentimes yields a false positive on this test, could Prozac do the same?  I know that they are two different drugs - but they are prescribed for the same problem.
2. Also, what do you think my chances for reoccurrence of my cancer would be. (I had the bilateral mastectomy for DCIS, but the pathology revealed a 1mm area of microscopic malignant cells.)
I hate to be such a bother, but I am terrified!  Thanks!

Dear neatfreakmom:  1.  Because we do not use this test, we have no experience with specifics regarding drug interactions.  As paxil and prozac work similarly, your theory is reasonable.  2.  Based on the information you provide, you have stage 1 disease.  Your prognosis is excellent and your risk of recurrence is very low.
