Can a 14 year old het breast cancer?

I know this has already been asked, but one breast has a lump in it and that breat is slightly bigger than the other. By the way, I am 14. Do you think that this is breast cancer? Is it normal for your breadst to be different sizes?

Hardly anyone has breasts that are of equal size. Lumps often appear due to hormonal changes in your body/near the time of your menstrual cycle. There are non-cancerous lumps called Fibroadenomas that are often found in young women. I would suggest that you see your family Dr. for an examination and explanation of the lump you describe. Breast Cancer in someone so young would be very rare indeed. Regards ....
