Chemo and hair

I know this is a trivial question , in the whole scheme of things, but I am still curious about it.

It has been 2 months since I completed the 8 chemo treatments  (3 wks apart).  I am now almost half way through radiation.  My hair is growing back a little on the sides and back,  but I cannot see growth on the top.  Wondering if it will grow back on top!  How long does it take to get an inch of growth of hair over the head?  Thank you for reading and answering this .

Dear seven7:  It depends a little bit on your hair growth before the chemotherapy.  If your hair was thin before, it will likely be thin again, sometimes even a little bit thinner.  The growth rate is variable from person to person. It will likely take months (6 or more) to get an inch of growth.  Also, hair grows slower in winter than in summer.  Hopefully, you will be spotting more fuzz soon.
