Hi, I have a history of simple cysts. I just had a followup ultrasound for a "complex" cyst and the radiologist found another one. I asked the radiologist how concerned I should be and he didn't seem too concerned due to my history of cysts. My question is, would the radiologist have given me a truthful answer if he was suspicious that the complex cyst was malignant in nature? He said the fine needle aspiration would be best to be on the "safe side". What is the probability of it being cancerous?
