Concerned

Hello.  I am a 19 year old female who has some concerns about breast cancer.  I have asked my doctor to please make an mammogram appointment for me.  She and other doctors have refused to do this for me because of my age.  However, it is in my family for the women to have found lumps and have had them removed ad had a biopsy done on the lumps.  Fortunatly, my immediate family has not had cancer, but my grand-mother's mother did and so did her sisters, therefore it is in my family.  Also, ALL of my mother's sisters including herself, have all been large chested and have had breast reductions.  I am now a 36 D and very close to DD.  Also I have found little lumps that were said to be "probably normal" because of my age.  And under my right breast I have dark patches of skin that I always thought were birth marks or chicken pox scares.  I have a few chicken pox scares, but not near as big.  There are 4 of them that are anywhere from .5 inches - 1 inch in diamater.  Are these normal for breat cancer symptoms?  How can I get my doctor to book an appointment for me?  On every tv show and commercial they say to do the self breast exam every month to protect yourself and catch it early.  When I was in 9th grade a nurse came in to show the girls properly how to do it correctly, but when we find something they say that they can't do anything for us because it is "not common" for someone our age to develop breast cancer.  I have always said better safe than sorry, but unfortunatly my doctors do not agree.  Any advice?  Thank you.
