For about a month in a half I have had pain near my right breast and right shoulder, now the pain is a constant, dull ache that is worse with every movement and breath I take and pretty localized to my armpit with pain radiating into my right breast. I have had it worked on by a chiropractor without any relief. I have iced, heat, tiger balm, biofreeze, EMS, adjustments, graston all without relief. I do not have any changes with my beast size or shape or anything like that, just pain. No history of injury. My grandmother on my fathers side had breast cancer at 44 and and her breast removed and my mother had a lump removed at 28. I am 33 and had a hysterectomy at 28 I am not on any hormone replacement. Thoughts??

Hi,
The pain you are describing sounds most likely to be muscle related than a breast problem. This could also be Costochondritis which a relatively harmless condition and usually goes away without treatment. It is a cartilage inflammation causing pain that can radiate to the breast area and shoulder….It is often associated with unusual physical activity, heavy lifting, exercises or after a respiratory illness such as a cold or flu.
You stated that you have seen a Chiropractor and used several homemade remedies, but if you haven’t seen your Doctor or a breast specialist yet for a clinical breast exam, I would advise you to do so to make sure that your breasts are healthy.
Best wishes..
