Continued Pains and itching in my Right Breast

Please Sir, am a girl of 24 years but have been experiencing periodic and persisted breast pains and itching for the past 3 years now It come and goes at interval. Thus each time the pains comes i feel very uncomfortable the pains sensation moves from my right breast to my hands and some time i feel like that part of my body is burning with pains. I'm a Nigerian but has visited many Hospital but could not interpret the symptom. Please i need your assistance. please you can save some ones life. Am going down

Dear chyfct,  Breast pain is a common breast symptom.  The reason for breast pain is not clearly understood, and is not usually associated with breast cancer.  Breast pain is sometimes associated with hormonal variations and is then called cyclical breast pain.  Noncyclical breast pain does not seem to be linked to hormonal variations and is often localized to one area of the breast tissue.  Noncyclical breast pain may or may not be the result of an injury to the breast.   Unfortunately, over the internet without being able to evaluate including physical examination it is difficult to say for sure why you are having this symptom.
