Correlation between breast cancer and histerectomy

Is there a correlation between breast cancer and the histerectomy? I had a partial histerectomy this year but I have my ovaries. The last month I've felt pain in both of my breast the same way when I had my menstruation. I'm 43.

If you still have your ovaries then your body is still producing Estrogen. The hormonal changes in the body are responsible for the breast tenderness you experienced before. It would be the same now regardless if you had a uterus or not.
