Could this be breast cancer Doctor?

Good day Doctor,

I'm here writing to you because I'm really worried about my girlfriend and I would certainly appreciate your help. Well, there is cancer history in her family, and her mother had breast cancer, so take those factors into consideration. She is 24 years old, she already had been checked for cancer, and had some "benign" findings about 8 months ago which were not dealt with. Now she's been having this pain in her left breast, which according to her, it starts at her niple, and if touched, the pain goes to most of her breast, so apparently that appears to be the reason why it hurts so much. Lately she can't even run because it starts bodering and hurting there. Also, I touched her left breast and I feel a round-like mass I don't think I felt before. Note that she also has breast implants, but to be honest Dr., well I've been with her for a long time and I'm scared to say that does not feel like the implant. I've tried to be as specific as I can so that you can please help me!
what could the pain be? thank you so much for your help!!

Dear need_ur_help:  Breast pain is very common and may be for a variety of reasons, the most common of which is the menstrual cycle.  Most breast cancer is not painful.  If you feel a lump, it needs to be evaluated by a doctor.  There is no way, without evaluation, that we can speculate on what this might be.  If she is concerned, she should see her doctor who can perform an examination and make recommendations for further evaluation if needed.
