Hi again,
If things are getting better, of course it's a good sign.As I mentioned in my previous comment, this little bump sounds like a skin problem and nothing to do with breast cancer.Usually these types of bumps go away on their own.
If you have any doubt about it, especially if you feel pain and notice that the redness or swelling increases,I would advise to see your Doctor or a Dermatologist so this condition can be treated accordingly okay?
Take care now...
I put some neosporin on it last night with a bandage on it before i went to bed. The pink color has lessened greatly and it seems just a Tad bit smaller. I think. Is this a good sign? Like I said I noticed no slight difference on either of my breasts. Just this persistent bump. When I try to feel the bump, I can not feel anything underneath, or rather it doesnt seem connected to anything which is why it seems to me that this is just a surface bump. It also isnt rock solid, just firm and has a perfect round shape.
Does this change anything at all?
Hi
The skin of the breast is like the skin on any part of the body and subject to many abnormalities. This is most likely a skin problem and has nothing to do with breast cancer.
Avoid squeezing this bump because you might make things worse by causing an infection.Wash with an antiseptic soap and apply warm compresses for about fifteen minutes, twice daily, and see if a "head" forms. If after a week or so it doesn't get any better, please consult a dermatologist to provide treatment.
Take care...
get it checked out. do not hesitate.
