I've been diagnosed with DCIS, have had lumpectomy and am undergoing radiationCystitis - noninfectious Radiation therapy treatment. I've just learned that the cancer is hormone receptor negative.....so I need to undergo additional therapies or not?
The lumpectomy followed by RadiationCystitis - noninfectious Radiation therapy would be the standard treatment since the cancer is NOT hormone receptive. I don't know of any further treatment that would be of benefit in this case. Regards ....
