Thank you for your advise, I feel a little better
knowing you don't think it's cancer related. However
my husband had a similar type under the skin rash on
his forehead and it was diagnosed as skin cancer. I
will take your advise and see my doctor so I can be

Dear Me2u: You might consider an appointment with a dermatologist. This sounds like a skin problem, given that these blotches cover both breasts. If one breast were to become red, hot to touch, and/or swollen, it would be more concerning.
