Define these terms

Please explain in a school teacher's language the meaning of my MRI Biopsy:
Right Breast 10:00, 6 cm from nipple:  Fibrocystic disease with fibroadenomatous hyperplasia, microcalcification fibrosis and small intraductal papilloma
Left Breast, central 6:00, 6.3 cm from nipple:  Fibrocystic disease with complex sclerosing papillomatous lesion of breast, apocrine metaplasta, columnar cell change, adenosis and focal fibroadenomatous change.

I would prefer that you rely on your prescribing Physician's explanation of the terms used in your biopsy report. He/She knows your complete medical history along with your previous tests and symptoms. These terms need to be taken in context with with other factors of your medical history adn examinations. Reports of this type should always be explained in detail to the Pt. by his or her Physician or Surgeon. Regards .....
