Differences in breast MRI?

Recently I have noticed claims about new breast MRI machines for "dedicated" breast MRI and newer technology breast MRI machines.  Is there a difference in accuracy or sensitivity for these newer breast MRI machines?

Thank you for your comments.  I have heard so much about breast MRI in the news, and it is helpful to know that it is more useful in high risk women.  It is hard to sort this all out when you are in the middle of testing and results are inconclusive.  Your answer is very helpful.

Dear mjb250:  There are always refinements and improvements in technology and these are used in marketing with a great deal of success.  Some of these improvements are convenience factors (ability to MRI both breasts at a time) and some may improve imaging.  The bottom line with MRI is that it is used in combination with mammogram, ultrasound and clinical breast examination.  MRI still results in a high number of false positive results that can lead to unnecessary biopsy.  MRI should be used as an additional tool in high risk women.
