Discovered brown pigmentation during breast exam

During a breast exam, I noticed when lefting my breast that there was brown pigmentation underneath both breast and a few sprinkles in my lower cleavage.  This was never there before.  The discoloration looks like that of a middle age person who gets the large pigmentation spots on the face do to sun exposure in his/her time.  I am 5'5", 155lb and wear a 36DD bra and i have not been engaged in any excercise that would cause me to sweat in the area.  There is no itiching or raised areas.  Is this cause for alarm

Dear rubyrenee, This may very well be a normal skin change occuring in large breasted women.  However, without ability to see and assess it is impossible to say this for sure.  Bring this to the attention of your doctor who can better assess this change.
