Do I have cancer?

Should I be truly scared if clear to slight yellow liquid is coming from one breast? This was noticed 4-6 wks ago.
What are my possible outcomes?

Nipple discharge is rarely a sign of breast cancer and it's not uncommon or abnormal to experience occasional discharge from those glands which can vary in color and consistency.However it might also be indicative of an underlying condition that requires treatment.
Take care to avoid nipple stimulation( including frequent checks for discharge)  because it can actually make the discharge persist.
The only time the nipple discharge is alarming,is when it's unilateral, spontaneous (Comes out by itself) is bloody and persistent.
Avoid squeezing the nipple and see if the discharge stops.If it doesn't, then it's better to have your doctor examine you to make sure that there isn't an underlying problem.
