Dear eleni1911:  Cysts are fluid filled structures that are, by definition, benign.  They are most common in women over 35 who have not reached menopause.  However, cysts are also common in women taking hormone replacement therapy.  There is no reason to remove a cyst as long as it is not causing discomfort.  You should discuss with your doctor the timing of stopping your ERT.   The general rule of thumb is to use the lowest possible dose for the shortest amount of time for relief of symptoms.  ERT can be stopped cold turkey but some find that tapering off is easier in terms of dealing with menopausal symptoms.
