Errosive nipple adenomatosis, nipple adenoma

After 2.2 yrs experiencing a scaly nipple with crust, and after all the mammos and U/S I did, and two biopsies. I went for my regular visit to the doctor, who on clinical examination says that the nipple stopped improving as it use to be. Knowing that I had never used any medications for it all over the past 2 yrs. He said it is a bit redish and he was concerned about a small pimple on my areolar which was there for almost a month. He gave me streoid cream and says after 3 wks if no improvment is made he will do me another biospy, which I am concerned about very much.

He says he is not suspecting paget's but yet he wants to be assured that everything is OK, and what could this be.
I am really worried and started crying at the clinic. I need ANY 1 pls who had experienced aczema like disease, nipple adenoma or any sort of nipple disease to help me relate and give me a clue. Could this be paget's or invasive BC!! I am totally freaked out and desparate for help.

I think you would be wise to follow the recommendation of your Dr. Giving the cream a chance over the 3 weeks and then doing another biopsy. It seems rather odd to me that nothing was done over the past 2 years to treat this problem. I wonder if a consultation with a Dermatologist might not be in order if the Steroid cream doesn't improve things. We are always entitled to a second opinion you know.   Regards ....

I recently found out I have an adenoma in my nipple.  It crusted over and was dischargeing blood.  The didn't fine it during my mammo, the found it through an ultrasound of my breast.  They then done a biop of the nipple and sure enough it was adenoma.  It is not cancer, but it also will not heal no matter what they try.  After consulting with specialist, I will be having my nipple removed next month so it will heal and I can be pain free for once.   Hope this helps.
