Estrogen Positive

Estrogen Positive

I have another question.  My oncologist told me I was Estrogen positive and NHR2 negative and said those were good reports.  From what I read on this web site the Est. positive doesn't sound good.  Can you please explain the meaning of this.  My oncologist said this means it is not fast growing.  I'm confused.
