FNAC

I did a FNAB on the 24th of March which came as below:
1) FNA of right breast lump situated retroareolar ,FNA was done using 23G   needle and gives soft and gritty needle sensation.( FNA was difficult patient not cooperative)
Microscopic examination revealed a cellular specimen showing many groups of malignant duct cells with hyperchromatic pleomorphic nuclei and prominent nucleoli and increase in nucleocytoplasmic. They are arranged mainly in large clusters, and many monolayered sheets of malignant cells devoid of myoepithelial cells suggesting evident in situ component in a  necrotic  background of tumour diathesis.
Picture is consistent with well differentiated adenocarcinoma (Invasive duct carcinoma) with evident in situ component
2) Review of the slide delivered by the patient from previous FNA confirmed the previous diagnosis

DIAGNOSIS:  FNA RIGHT BREAST LUMP:
                     WELL DIFFERENTIATED INVASIVE DUCT CARCINOMA
N.B: Surgical interference with frozen section is mandatory for confirmation

I have no clue what this means. Till now I am unable to make a desicion about my treatment, and I am unable to find a doctor whom I can reffer to. What should be my next step, what should I expect out of this.

From the report I see that you do indeed have Invasive Ductal Cancer in the Rt. Breast.  Your next move would be to make an appointment with either a Breast Surgeon or General Surgeon of your choice. Your records will be reviewed by him/her and further surgery will be performed according to his/her recommendation. No doubt following this surgery (or possibly before) you will see an Oncologist regarding what additional treatment may be necessary in your particular case.    Regards ....
