Fatty Nodule in Breast, do I need any follow-up?

Dear Pipermaru74:  If this is a fatty nodule, the implication is that this is not a concerning lump and no further action is necessary other than routine surveillance (monthly self breast examination and clinical breast examination as appropriate.  However, it might be worth contacting your doctor and asking these questions specifically.
