Fatty breast parenchyma foci of fibrocystic disease columnar cell hyperplasia

My sister-in-law was just diognosed with fatty breast parenchyma foci of fibrocystic disease. columnar cell hyperplasia focal apocrine metaplasia focal atypical lobular hyperplasia. Is this cancer and what kind of treatment is best to address this condition?

The "hyperplasias" you mention are NOT cancer but can be pre-cancerous in nature. The treatment varies with Dr.s but when atypical cells are found some type of excision is often recommended. I would suggest you/or she should rely on the recommendation of her Oncologist. Regards ....
