Fluid accumulating in sac around lung

the breast cancer metastisized to the lungs.  After taxotere and xeloda the tumors are absent from the lungs.  Now I am accumulating fluid in the sac around the lung (not in the lung).  Have drained it but it comes back.  What is a further recommendation of treatment.

Dear grammyd, A pleural effusion (accumulated fluid in the sac of the lung) that is due to cancer, and has been drained may be treated by:  draining the fluid, after the fluid is drained and before removing the catheter they may infuse a medication into the lining to stick the lining to the chestwall, which would hoepefully stop reaccumulation of the fluid.  Depending on the situation there may be a recommendation to treat with additional systemic chemotherapy.
