Has your Mother seen her Surgeon about this problem? If not I would strongly suggest that she do so ASAP. A seroma sometimes forms shortly after surgery. You say the large lump appeared after she was "tested"; by this do you mean a biopsy was done ?? From you description of the drainage now it certainly sounds like an infection and this needs immediate attention from either her Surgeon or another Physician. Please see someone for treatment of this problem. Regards ..
