Found a dimple on my breast#freaking out

Hello
About a week or so I found a dimple on my breast, is right where the bra line is. I have a strong family history of BC, my aunt (father side) died at age 50 with stage 4 BC, my sister was diagnosed at age 39 with IDC stage 3 ( she had to have a mastectomy), my other sister was diagnosed in 2011 also with IDC, she had a lumpectomy, both had to have chemo and radiation. They are survivors.
Has anyone  ever found anything like that, and what was the result please.
I can't  stop thinking about this, very concerned :(
I am 50 years old, no kids. I am on HRT for hot flashes for the past 3 years, my doctor said it was fine because is a low dose of it. I also had 3 biopsies done in 2013 ( all negative THANK GOD!).
I have an appointment tomorrow with my ob gyn tomorrow. What should I ask him?
Please, please help me and give some answer about this. I really appreciate

The reason for dimpling is related to something below the skin and within the breast tissue is pulling in or down on the skin, leaving a dimple. In some instances of course this can be related to fat cells as you might find a dimpling effect on any other part of the body. IF the skin is being drawn inward by a growth of some sort it doesn't necessarily mean that the growth has to be malignant. It could very well be due to a benign tumor, mass, growth. What you are reading might refer to the dimpling appearance of the entire breast surface (orange peel appearance) may be indicative of cancer. I'm glad you are seeing the specialist so write down on paper all the questions you can think of and take it with you. Often we get so stressed that we over-think the situation and forget half of what we really want to know until we leave the office.   Wishing you well and please send us an update when you get some results or if you have any further concerns.

Hello
Thank you for your response.
I went to see my Obgyn and he referred me to a breast specialist/surgeon, he said that with my family history and my own history of biopsies he doesn't want to take any chances and be very careful with this.
Do you know anything about breast dimpling? Everything I google points out to BC, I will go to see her next week and hopefully I can put this to rest. I am worried, but I think it will be fine.
Have a great day :)

First let me say that I would advise you to see a Breast Specialist for several reasons .... one being of course your family history and the other being that fact that you are on HRT .... You state that you have had 3 biopsies so perhaps you have some history with a Breast Specialist. I definitely would always see a Specialist whenever you discover something that seems abnormal within your breasts. As to your appointment tomorrow, I would ask for a referral to that Breast Specialist and when you see him/her I would ask about the HRT dosage ..... many, many cases of breast cancer are Hormone related and HRT is always discouraged, no matter what the dose. I certainly can understand how stressed you are about this current issue due to your family history but don't go overboard just yet. See the Breast Specialist, have some tests and take it one step at a time but do it soon.   Kindest regards ....
