Found another lump while going through chemo for bc

Please I am dessperate to find some information on this.  I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoa r breast. Because I tested posit. for Her2Neu and am only 38 I chose to have a simple mast on the l breast. I had a r modified radical mast on the r.with 4 positive out of 11 nodes.  I have taken 4 rounds of ac and will undergo 4 rounds of Taxol. I was not chosen to receive the Hercetin. Even though I am in the study. My question and concern is can cancer come back this quick There has been a new lump found in the left side. eventhough there was not any cancer there to begin with.  I have been told it's probably scar tissue. But can't say for sure it's not cancer.  I am scared to death I am going to die soon and I have 2 little girls that need me so much. I have finally convinced them again to take it out. this will be done on Tue. I was told the last lump was nothing and it turned out to be stage 111 cancer.  PLEASE HELP ME

Dear youngmom:  Taking the lump out is the right decision.  Although it is entirely possible the lump is scar tissue, the only way to be certain is to remove it.  Cancer knows no rules, so it could come back any time.  So, the best thing to do is not take chances.  Here's hoping it's scar tissue!
