HELP PLEASE

Im 15 and im a male and wen i was putting my shirt on i felt a lump.  I felt around and when i felt my nipple theres a lump there..im sort of scared and dont know what it is..so if any doctors read this can you give me advise!!

In males your age these lumps are fairly common. They are usually due to the hormonal changes that are going on in your body. Although these lumps often just go away I think it would be a good idea for you to see your family Dr. and he could explain all this to you as well as examine the lump. So don't be scared and  don't be shy about it either, OK ??    Take care...
