These reactions may indeed be due to Herceptin and I believe that your doctor should be informed about this. You may be given additional anti-allergy medications and steroids before or after the treatment with Herceptin. Make sure also that the involved skin areas are moisturized, since dry cracking skin may promote further rash formation.
I just had my first TCH treatment and I got a huge acne outbreak. Sounds like you might be fair-skinned, too. (I'm a redhead.). My doc just told me it's really more of a rash - and allergic reaction. Sure feels like the horror of my youth. And it's itchy, too!
