My question is: what have you heard about the possibility of HERCEPTIN coming out in pill form?? As of now all we have is the infusion method. Someone told me a study is being done on an oral method ???? Have you any information on this subject?

I have spoken with Genentech, the company that manufactures Herceptin„¥ There is no oral form of this drug at this time. They also have no such product in research and development at present. So, for now, we¡¦ll have to stick with the intravenous version.
I believe my daughter heard of the possibility of oral meds from either Good Morning America or the Today show.
