Hormonal therapy twice?

I took tamoxifen and arimidex from 2006-2010.  I now have a second primary, IDC 1.1 cm, grade 1, node negative.  The ER, PR, Her2 status as well as Oncotype score aren't back yet. As I understand it, the Oncotype score will provide guidance re: chemo added to hormonal therapy. Having already done five years, am I eligible for hormonal therapy again?

Only IF the cancer is ER positive of course.... there would be no reason not to do the Hormone therapy ... depending on your menopausal status you may be given one of the other similar drugs that inhibit the production of Estrogen.  Regards ....
