How many cycles of FAC chemotherapy are required?

I am 41 years old, premenopausal, diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive papillary carcinoma with 3.2 cm tumor, lympho vascular invasion present, er pr positive, her2 neu negative. 31 lymph nodes are negative. FAC chemotherapy is suggested to me. Are 4 cycles sufficient for my case?

Each case of cancer is different and the treatment plan is formulated accordingly. Your Oncologist is the ONLY person who would know the proper dosage and length of treatment for your particular situation. We can't speculate over the internet in matters such as yours. If you have doubts then by all means get a second opinion from another Oncologist.   Regards ...
