How to handle pain 3 weeks post stereotactic biopsy after an abnormal mammogram?

I'm 3 weeks post stereotactic biopsy after an abnormal mammogram. The abnormality was benign,  but I developed a hemotoma. I also need to have a mass removed so I'm scheduled for a lumpectomy in two weeks. But I'm experiencing increasing pain and tenderness under but not at the site of insision.Sometimes the pain is quite acut. There is still visible discoloration & I'm now also experiencing nausea. Although I don't think I have a fever. What shold I do?
