Hypoechoic lesion with skin changes

Hypoechoic lesion with skin changes

I recently posted a question, concerning my second ultrasound results. I still did not receive them as of today, the doctor told me after he reviewed the new report and compered it to the first one, he will fax it over to me. Just a quick background: the first report said I had complex hypoechioc lesion in my right breast, follow up in 3 months. Now I had the second ultrasound and the area of concern has grown, but they told me there it is only asymmetric breast tissue.
Now I have spotted a small change in the skin of the areola. It looks like hemangioma ( I think that because my daughter had that when she was a baby and it looks just like that). It is about 3mm and bright red, looks like a strawberry. I also noticed an area next to it about half an inch from the hemangioma a white area, when you don't have pigmentation in your skin. This is all going on in the areola on that breast which they first found the hypoechoic lesion.
Is it a concern? Should I bring it to my docs attention?
Thank you!

Dear izehoze:  Without evaluation, it is impossible for us to speculate on what these changes may be.  Skin on the breast is like skin anywhere else on the body and is subject to abnormalities.  You should bring these to your doctor’s attention since these are new findings and you have had other issues.
