Hypoechoic nodule in right breast.

I went for a screening mamogram 2 weeks ago, they call me back for a compresion spot mammogram on my left breast and they found a simple cyst; in the right breast the mammogram didn't show any abnormalities but incidentally noted hypoechoic nodule in the rigth breast in the 2 o"clock axis that measures 0.5x0.5x0.4 cm. It has some mild through transmission but slihtly ill-defined margins. No additional ultrasonographic abnormalities are noted. BI-RADS 4B: Lesions with an intermediate suspicion for malignancy.
I'm very scared, the radiologyst recomends an Ultrasound-guided aspiration/biopsy for pathologyc diagnosis.
I have a history of producing cysts, they have taken out 2 cyst already from my 2 brest 4 years ago. My ultrasound 2 years ago showed I had a cyst in my left breast but not in my right.  I don't feel any lump in either one, I have had breast implants for 19 years.
I have no history of breast cancer in the women in my family going back to my grandmother who died of a 102 years of age. My father had prostate cancer but didn't die of that he died of Parkinson's Disease 20 years after the extraction of the prostate.I don't understand this radiology report very well andthe word "malignancy" has me very scared. I need more information in this diagnosis. If somebody can help me to understand i would appreciate it.
Thanks!

The nodule is quite small so I'm not surprised that you can't feel it, especially with implants. The report says that it reflects less waves than would normally be expected and that the edges cannot be defined as smooth, etc. Any time a finding is in question a biopsy is needed to come up with a firm diagnosis. Because it appears suspicious doesn't necessarily mean that it will be malignant. Many, many biopsies produce benign results. You don't have a diagnosis ... just an indication that there is something present that needs further investigation. Get that biopsy done so you will know the nature of this nodule.    Regards .....
