This pain happened as I walked out of my doctors building. It hurts worse when I breathe or lay on my right side or try to pick up something from the floor. The pain radiates from the inside of the lower breast and permeates to inside and my back when I breathe. It is probably nothing but it hurts.
Thanks for answering
I had the same thing happen to me a few years back.I had simplySimply sleep pulled a muscle and it hurt when I breathed.I tried to rest my right arm on a sling and applied a hot water bottle on my back while sitting. Also took some pain killer. If this doesn't help, then you should go back to your doctor to check it out.Wish you well soon.
