I am a 14yr old male and I have a lump under my right nipple

I am 14 and I noticed I have a lump a little bigger than the size of a marble. I'm not surte if I should go to a doctor or see if it goes away by itself

Dear vicious, Most likely this is nothing to be concerned with, however, if it is not going away, say in the next week or so, it makes sense to have it checked out.  Usually, when a male has a breast lump, it isn't cancer, usually its swollen breast tissue, which can happen at anytime in a man's life.

It's not rare at your age to get some enlargement of breast tissue. It can be both sides, or just one. In most cases it does go away in a few months. Since it's not possible to make a diagnosis online, it wouldn't hurt to have it checked. But the odds are about a million to one it's no big deal. The fancy term is "gynecomastia." You could google that term and get tons of sites to check out for info.
