I am so scared and stressed cant stop crying

I had a breast ultrasound on both breasts performed on all quadrants. the right side, there is 9mm x 5mm smooth hypoechoic nodule at the 2 O'clock position, approx 3 cm from the nipple.

On the left side, thre is a 1.4cm x 0.8 cm smooth hypoechoic solid nodule at the 12 O'clock peri-areolar region.

Biopsy under ultrasound guidance recommended for confirmation

BI-Rad Cat 4: suspicious abnormality

What the hell does this mean? I need someone to break this down for me and I am just so scared and I dont know , I just dont know. I also have 2 thyroid nodules on the right side and one on the left side. I am just so scared!!!

Please Help with some sort of response

Sincerely,
PoetikKApoztle

It means exactly what is says .... you have one lesion present in each breast; the one on the left is considerably larger than the one on the right. Only a biopsy can define with certainty the exact nature of these lesions. I would suggest that you proceed with the biopsy soon as this seems to be stressing you out to a considerable degree. Many biopsies done on BIRAD 4 scores will come back negative for cancer but this is something that you need to know as early as possible so that you can either put your mind at ease or continue with any treatment that may be necessary.    Regards ....
