I have discharge out of both breast (one brown, one clear yellow) ?

I have had discharge for almost a year, I have had numerous test, my prolactin level is fine (blood test), my cortisol levels are fine (cortisol supression test), no pain. no lumps.  Mammogram is fine, I canceled the MRI, got clausterphobic.  I have not been pregnant for over nine years.  My tubes are tied.  I am 37.  My arms, mostly hands fall asleep everyday, along with my legs. If someone barely touches me it hurts, not horribly. I have headaches frequently.  I am under stress!!  CAn stress cause nipple discharge.  My endocronologist says that he does nto know why I am having discharge ect.  I am tired all the time, cry alot, and am irritable, cant think straight, normally I am considered to be pretty damn smart.  what the heck ???

I have not heard of stress causing nipple discharge, however some of your other symptoms such as the tiredness, crying, and irritability could be stress related.  Spontaneous discharge from the nipple of one breast may indicate breast cancer but most discharges are from benign (non-cancerous) conditions and most cancers do not have a discharge.

Be proactive! As was said some discharge could be normal, however colored,(rust) or dark should be followed up on.
