Dear SWEETJAY:  An intramammary lymph node simply means that a lymph node appeared within the breast tissue.  This is not uncommon as long as the lymph node does not look suspicious, radiographically.

it means a lymph node that is within breast tissue. It's common, normal, and means nothing unless it were noted to be abnormally enlarged.
