ITHCY BREAST

I HAVE AN ITCHY BREAST.  I AM 43 AND GENERALLY HEALTHY.  I'VE SEEN MY GENERAL DOCTOR AND HER PARTNER (2 DOCTORS) BOTH ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS A SKIN, NOT A BREAST, ISSUE. I WAS PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBOTIC (antibiotic) CREAM.  I USED THE CREAM FOR 7 DAYS AS DIRECTED AND THE ITCH WENT AWAY FOR ABOUT 2WEEKS. NOW IT'S BACK. AND MY DOCTOR SAYS TO TRY THE CREAM FOR ANOTHER WEEK AND CALL HER IF IT IS NOT GONE BY THEN.  THE ITCH IS NOT AS ITCHY AS BEFORE.  I DON'T HAVE A "RASH", ANY DISFIGURING OR DISCHARGE. AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SYMPTOMS, MY BREAST DID LOOK A LITTLE RED ON THE NIPPLE.   COULD THIS BE EARLY  SIGNS OF SOMETHING SERIOUS.  I DID HAVE A MAMMOGRAM IN FEBRUARY AND AGAIN IN JULY.  BOTH WERE NORMAL.
