Im 15 but I have some maybe BC related symptoms?

Last October, I began noticing a whitish, solid, non sticky very very small amount of discharge coming out of both of my nipples in the shower and sometimes not but in my right nipple more than my left. My mom said that it was just hormones and I forgot about it for a while. Then, 2 weeks ago, it was really hot and I noticed the discharge agsin ftom my right nipple. It was like the consistancy of wet skin flakes. Recently, I have been getting red, flaky itchy spots on my right and sonetimes left breast that lasts fow a few minutes to half an hour. They come up in random spots on my breasts and they usually disapper. The red areas are not oozing at all. I am deathly afraid that this is all sonehow related to BC and I have read about Paget's but i'm not sure of the chance of that considering my age. Sometimes I get itchy on the rest of my body too, but there is no flaking I would really appreciate any answers anyone or at least if anyone that is younger is ecperiencing what I am
