Infection??

I have noticed that since I had my fourth child in July of last year, I have white pimples (almost like little white lumps) around the nipple area. If I squeeze them a paste like substance comes out. I also have a white pasty substance coming out of the nipple area. I did not have this problem until after I had my last child and I had a tubal done. I am wondering if this could be an infection and if it is serious. Again, I did not have this problem until after I had a tubal done. I also have periods that last sometimes up to 15 days. Something just does not seem normal anymore. Help!

A little amount of nipple discharge is common after breast stimulation as happens in case of a breast self examination.
Do you notice any other abnormal features on breast self examination like a lump or any skin changes?
You need not panic as a little pain, tenderness and lumpiness is common due to hormonal fluctuations at the time of a menstrual cycle.
You could schedule an appointment with your doctor and get a proper clinical evaluation done and also ask him/her whether a mammogram or ultrasound would be required. Also get a hormonal levels done and see an OBG for your cycles.
