Inflamatory Brest Cancer

What exactly is inflamatory brest cancer? Is it genetic? What does it look like? My sister had a new form of brest cancer that looked like a rash on her brest. She was not very open with us about this and questions are only good if you know what to ask. I know that it's progress is fast and not very positive. If you can help with a general information reguarding this cancer and what questions to ask I would appreciate it. Does it have anything to do with menopose or having children later in life; things like that. I don't have any concernes for myself at this point but I do have a daughter, two grand-daughters, and two sisters.

Last Month I went to my doctor ... I was having some pain in my left brest... he sent me for a mammagram, I was then sent for an ultrasound on the same brest.. They told me it was OK and that I should come back in 6 months..... Would the ultrasound have detected this type of cancer???

Okay well, Does imflamortory breast cancer show up on both breasts?
because i haven't seen a doctor yet. but i'm thinking about it. Off and on. both of my breast seem like they have dry skin and crack, bleed, and now they are red. Are these signs?
